Design a piece inspired by your trip to New York for the AIGA Design Conference, drawing from the essence of the city or the insights gained from the conference experience. Capture the vibrancy of New York or distill the knowledge and inspiration acquired at the conference into a compelling visual representation.
ADVENTURES IN COLOR
Each digitally illustrated poster highlights a main city I explored during my New York trip. Inspired by classic travel posters, I used a limited color palette to bring all three posters together.
MEMORABLE MOMENTS
In addition to the posters, I created a postcard design and a photo scrapbook to document my time in New York. The postcard acted as an interactive element for viewers to take with them. The scrapbook showcased some of my favorite moments in New York in addition to my notes to some of the sessions I attended while at the conference.
