As the storytellers of our employment brand, the Marketing, Talent Connection Team is responsible for attracting and engaging quality diverse talent for The Walt Disney Company. We are a diverse team of marketing strategists, communicators and creatives partnering everyday with client groups to forge a connection between brand strategy and business strategy, building recruitment experiences that unleash powerful business results and change lives.
OVERVIEW
From January 2025 to January 2026, I was a Creative Design Intern with TC Marketing. Starting from January 2026, I was converted to an Associate Creative Designer. With TC Marketing, I collaborate with design, content production, communications, digital marketing, and account management teams to deliver projects. My role involves creating compelling visual assets, supporting project coordination, tracking timelines, preparing production files, and ensuring seamless handoff across stakeholders.
